If something or someone in the network feels off — a household, a guest, a referral, a code-of-conduct violation, or anything that affects safety, dignity, or trust — please tell us. Reports go straight to the founding team and are kept confidential.

You can submit anonymously. We take every report seriously the first time we hear it, and you'll typically hear back within 48 hours if you leave contact info.
